History:
The charity got contacted that a kitten was crying at bottom of steps by Tasmania. As there was no mothercat nearby he was taken to the charity. He went to the vets as he had an ulcer on his tongue so on clove oil.

Character:

Cashew is a very energetic young cat, he loves to chase the other kittens. It can take cash awhile to get used to other cats as he likes his own space too. Cashew can also be affectionate with humans when it suits him, when the volunteers are having a break he will often come and sit next to them or on their laps but once he’s had enough he will then go and find somewhere else to sleep!He is a lovely boy and really deserves a home of his own.

Adoption procedure
All adopters will be required to complete an adoption agreement and will be subject to a home visit. UK Airlines will not fly animals directly from Skiathos. Other European airlines will fly animals directly from Skiathos, to The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, etc.

Cost
All cats are spayed / neutered (except for the cats younger than 5 months) tested for feline AIDS and feline leukemia, provided with a passport, vaccinated, micro-chipped and treated for fleas and worms. Airline approved travel boxes will be provided. In the HOPE to get more cats staying in our care adopted to LOVING HOMES the charity will subsidies the ADOPTION FEES, MEANING ADOPTION to The Netherlands will be €220. For other countries the cost will vary due flight or future transport.

History:
Coco was living around some bins with many other cats, she was much smaller than the other kittens and was often found stuck in the bin unable to get out. She was brought to the charity for her own safety.

Character:
Coco is very friendly now, she can be shy at first but once comfortable she loves attention.

History:
Found at a remote villa with his sister Cosmina appeared looking for food and cuddles. They never left the villa and it was the end of the holiday season, there was nowhere nearby to find food to survive so they were brought to the charity

Character:
Cosmina is quite shy, she is a nice girl but likes to spend most of the time alone!. She like to sleep in the sun, she gets on well with other cats.

History:
Fred and his sibling were found by Nina at Bakaliko. As they needed bottlefeeding they stayed with Nina until they were old enough to go to the charity.

Character:
Fred is a shy but sweet boy. When he was a kitten he would follow in the footsteps of his brother, but now he is very independent and loves to explore by himself. With the right forever home and a family to love him and will give him all the time in the world he will be the most amazing pet anyone could wish for.

History:
The charity got a phone call from a lady who had heard a kitten crying since the night before and finally found her in a pipe by the football stadium. Jess was not very well and would not eat so volunteer Louise took her home because she was sick and needed bottle feeding.

Character:
Jess is a little bundle of pure joy. Very independent and loves being outside. She is very playful and loving and is developing into quite a crazy little personality.

Minni was found all alone on the street, her mother was run over.

Minnie is a sweet girl and is often asking for attention, she can be a bit shy but is more comfortable once she knows you. She gets on well with other cats but is okay by herself too.

Shelley is the mother of some of the 9 kittens. She took care of the other kittens when the other mum got run over. For her own en the kittens safety she was brought to the charity together with the 9 kittens

Shelley is a sweet natured girl, very nurturing and caring, we feel given time she would blossom. Quiet and independent, she would really like a home to call her own.

History:
Sissy came into our care at the end of the summer when we were asked to take her from a dangerous situation.

Character:
Sissy is a sweet loving girl who would flourish in a home of her own. Very shy and nervous when we first got her, it took a few months before she felt comfortable but now she is a little princess and runs around everywhere. She loves a cuddle, is very affectionate and everyone who meets her falls in love with her.

Taalijah is very friendly to people but can be weary of other cats, we think because she is protecting her young kittens, we think she will get on well with a calm cat
